Return Policy
We accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective. Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@itsgiving.club with:
- Your order number
- - Photos of the damaged item (clear images showing the damage)
- - A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your return request and provide you with instructions for the next steps. Most damaged item claims are resolved within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Please note: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
